The Skinners

Dean and Wendy Skinner are Global Workers with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. They have served as the Executive Directors of Emmanuel Press in South Africa since June 2005. Emmanuel Press is involved in "Literature Evangelism to Africa". Thousands of people study their Discipleship Lessons across the continent in 14 different languages.

Dean was born in Zimbabwe to missionary parents who also served at Emmanuel Press for many years. After graduating from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough in 1976, they pastored for 29 years in Agincourt, Markham and Oakville. 

They have two daughters - Julie Huggins and Melissa Riley - and are blessed with four grandchildren.


Chuck Price, Reapers In The Rain

Coupled with a big heart and a desire to help people, Chuck Price is passionate to see peoples’ lives changed. He is an encourager and exhorter with a great sense of humor. Chuck is real, relevant, and has the unique ability to connect with every age group.

His background as a youth educator and program director in the inner-city housing projects, along with his extensive involvement in camps for the underprivileged, has been a great foundation for who he is today. After twenty-four years of pastoring in both Canada and the US, Chuck founded the non-profit organization, Reapers in the Rain. He travels the world sharing his faith, training leaders, building infrastructure and providing humanitarian aid.

Bancroft Pentecostal has a mission and passion to serve and reach out in the love of Jesus to our surrounding community. We do this through a variety of projects and programs both supporting local Ministries and running programs such as after-school programs, youth service projects, and nursing and care home ministry.
